FUNDING CHANGES

Applicants must only apply for tuition assistance from ONE funding source at a time. If a family is denied funding from one source, only then will they be allowed to apply for funding through another source. As of 2017, all funding sources now cover Registration Fees for special needs students. If you have additional questions regarding funding eligibility, please contact your selected funding source.  

 

APPLYING FOR FUNDING

Due to the limited amount of funding available, it is advised that interested parents apply as soon as possible. F.R.I.E.N.D.S. cannot guarantee that partial or full funding assistance will be granted. If your child has been approved for funding, F.R.I.E.N.D.S. and/or the funding source will inform parents of this approval as soon as possible. F.R.I.E.N.D.S. will work closely with all funding organizations to ensure all guidelines are followed and will discuss alternate terms of payment with parents who do not receive 100% tuition assistance from their selected funding source. For your convenience, a list of current funding sources are provided below. Please contact them for further funding information.

 

SECURING PLACEMENT

Submit the following documents to F.R.I.E.N.D.S. prior to May 1st in order to proceed with processing:

    1.   A completed summer camp application 

    2.  Funding Approval/Confirmation letter from selected funding source

    3.  Copy of your child's most current Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) - if applicable.

    4.  Submit your child's Teacher Observation Questionnaire - applies to students who are new to the summer camp                     program.
